What is the Refund Policy? 

At Plant Beatz, we understand that sometimes you are not going to be 100% satisfied with your item. We are happy to do a refund or replacement ONLY if the item is damaged or defected. Please review our full return policy below. 

  • Refunds or Replacements are only issued for claims made for misprinted/damaged/defective items and they must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. All of our items are made to order special for you and can't be restocked. For this reason we can not do refunds for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

  • We require a photo with the issue clearly visible sent of the damaged item before issuing a refund.

  • Damages must be reported within 10 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact plantbeatzz@gmail.com or text 801-644-2405 for assistance. 

  • Plant Beatz reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion.

  • Wrong Address - If your address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
